@AllyCare I was with @Chase for 10 years and had to call/chat with their support team maybe 4 times in that span. I am on hold with your team at least once a month for one reason or another. I'm convinced that there are deep-rooted issues with your company.

@ChaseSupport The fact that I cannot get a breakdown of room rate and taxes paid for a room I reserved through your travel portal is a problem. You tell me to contact hotel. Hotel tells me to contact you. So ridiculously frustrating.
