@comcast your support is terrible, how you stay in business is beyond me. @NESN was not working during the @NHLBruins game today. ESPN did not work halfway into the 3rd period earlier this week. There is no way to engage any help through your website.

@Xfinity I have spent multiple hours on calls today and still have not been able to just switch a modem between addresses. And every time the call gets close to an hour, the rep wants to call back! This is unacceptable and it seems like your system is fundamentally broken. Why?!

@STARZ @Xfinity @Outlander_STARZ Call Comcast and they will help. It is happening in December. The agent went through all their programs and what’s involved. I plan to drop down a couple of tiers and get the Starz and HBO apps and save money.

@RhenegadeG @comcast I had problems from comcast with low upload speeds too and when I called and spoke to a tech they said that they cannot control your upload speed. If there is a problem there is nothing they can do and that they only can fix download speeds. Bullsh*t

@Xfinity Comcast/Xfinity is the most CRIMINAL BUSINESS in the world! Xfinity stole $79.27 for Mobile phone that's I've never had or have with them! I've very limited internet NO TV. Xfinity has my C.C. they steal more $ every month from my account than my contract with them!!

Ever since @Xfinity’s faulty internet installation caused lighting to strike my house & cost me thousands, and then replaced my modem, I’ve had nothing but issues with my internet connection. This is getting so old so fast. Xfinity sucks!
