@oncor after 18 hours without power I had power for 2 hours. It’s back off again, how do I know if you’re doing a rolling blackout and I’m not just going to be in the dark for another 18 hours? Is this now properly scheduled? This new blackout started at 12:58.

So much for not having power for 30-60 minutes today. 14 hours with no power. Such a mess. @oncor needs to get their crap together. And they don’t estimate power until 23 hours after.

@oncor My area hasn't had power for 18 hrs now and its nearing 40 F inside. No water cause everything is frozen. "Rotating outages" sounds great compared to this :)
