@DIRECTV being able to order 5 directv boxes online at no charge but wanting to charge me $100 for 1 through “Customer Loyalty” because it’s and existing account (3weeks old) is beyond terrible business. Y’all want me to switch back to @Xfinity real bad

@KieranMaguire @kevinhunterday if you haven’t been told already, sky (sports) is now owned by Comcast aka NBC. There’s a lot Sky Sports shoulder programming on NBC’s futbol coverage and their Peaco*ck streaming service.

@Xfinity shockingly bad service…our family moved locally and instead of transferring service, they canceled it…I lost all my recordings and spent 7 hours trying to fix it…3 different techs said they did something on their end and it takes an hour to process….a lie to end call

@NexusBen Yeah but as a Comcast customer I can tell ur they are equally a holes. Like went they switch everyone off of an unlimited plan and created new overage fees. They are a company that constantly raise prices

@comcast Yes. I read through some Comcast complaints on the website it may be because the open xfinitywifi no longer support 2.4 GHz devices? I am almost certainly sure that's my case.

@YouTubeTV Maybe Xfinity offers boxless service -- but if you were able to use smart TV applications and mobile phone apps with a similar interface as @YouTubeTV and not have to pay $15 per box, I'd probably switch back to @Xfinity
