@Johnell63593211 @OriginBroadband Be sure you cancel any Direct Debit or Recurring Card Payment they have set up (they usually set up RCP without asking permission (very naughty)). This stops them stealing money from your account months after you have left when they have one of their frequent "computer glitches".

@OriginBroadband My internet connection speed is constantly running slow or dropping out. I’ve had several problems with this over the last few months. I should be getting at least 30 Mbps but I’m only getting 7/8 Mbps and it says the server is in Dublin? I am based near a London

@PerBetts @OriginBroadband After paying be sure to cancel any Direct Debit or Recurring Card Payment that Origin have set up (they usually set the RCP up without asking permission (naughty)).
