@Xfinity I’ve had uncontrollable packet loss for 5 days now. Had a technician come out and then someone did maintenance and claimed to have resolved the issue. I talked with agent yesterday and they won’t send another technician out. What ******** yo?

@BoogzTuff @comcastbusiness I have fiber , 1000 up and down for 100 a month comcast offer the same for like 500 so I'm assuming you got the 300 up and down package which is 110. Make the switch and you get hbo max for free lol

HORRIBLE @comcast If you ever want to experience poor service customer service and Supervisor escalation service, become a @comcastbusiness customer. The below subpar training and level of assistance they can provide for the $$$$$$ you pay is laughable. What a waste of 53 mins

Unplug the power from your modem or gateway, wait one minute, and then plug it back in. You can also do so remotely if your modem is responsive by performing a restart. Check for local outages using the Xfinity Status Center Outage Map.

To use the Xfinity Speed Test, go to speedtest.xfinity.com using your desktop or handheld device's browser and select Start Test. The Xfinity Speed Test is also available in the Xfinity app (Apple App Store or Google Play) for some Xfinity Internet customers.
