@oncor I live in Rockdale and have seen TWO trucks headed OUT OF TOWN! Your TOP DOGS KNEW about the lack of TREE TRIMMING BY YOUR COMPANY IN THIS TOWN TWO YEARS AGO!!! My neighbors are older folks and they are alone and freezing!!! I’m so sick of your company’s constant excuses!

@oncor I live in The Villages at Schwertner Ranch in Jarrell Tx. We haven’t had power since 3:45pm 2/1/2023. It’s been 29 hours and counting with no end in sight. The outage map is useless along with calling (3hr wait time) and some automated stuff that is irrelevant. Please help.

@oncor It’s been well over 24 hours with no power here in Jarrell… The only subdivision with no power. Can’t get through to you, can’t get any updates. Just texts from some automated **** saying you are working on it. Other providers don’t have these issues… WHERE IS MY POWER?

@mccracken1107 @oncor They don’t care honey. I’ve been complaining about this for TWO years because of elderly neighbors. This company is all mouth service! I think we need to bring a class action against them! Maybe they would DO something THEN!

@scrub_123 @GregAbbott_TX @oncor Reporting it 10x isn’t going to do anything to help speed it up. You reported it. They know. This is the exact same thing that happens in Midwest and other states that have winter outages every single year. They’ll get to you.

The villages at Schwertner ranch in Jarrell Texas have been without power since 3:45pm 2/1/2023. It’s been almost 29 hours and counting. Reporting the issue via text/call/chat has done nothing. We need help! @oncor we are the only ones without power on our whole county road!
