Currently trying to get hold of service provider @O2 who made contact on Twitter DM but disappeared again. I don't have a landline so can't call them to block old phone or arrange for new one. And I really do urgently need a new one. Have no landline, live alone, am carer for mum

@20000streets @O2 I got a bot that couldn't/wouldn't help but their Twitter feed reached someone who has helped restrict sim and phone. Still waiting though to hear about how to get a replacement

@O2 @TheO2 new phone, calls constantly dropping or unable to make calls. Spoke to customer services told me to go store, went store told me to ring customer services. Noone willing to help? What kind of service is this?
