Interesting, my router only shows about 60 percent of what comcast is showing for my usage. I believe comcast since I do see a discrepancy between what my network connection on my computer shows and what the router shows for that same client.

@XfinitySupport It works most of the time then randomly freezes up. I dont have any problems with other streaming apps on the firestick. I've seen other people complain about this issue in comcast forums.

Every time there’s an internet provider outage, they should have to take a minimum of $10 off of your bill for that month. We are paying for working internet @Xfinity how about it starts working…

@m00zed @CMDR_RayMobula They all suck. ATT was a pile of dead birds as well.The only ever good service I had was with BlueWin. And they cranked out a higher speed, while reducing the monthly fee - automatically. XFinity … noo … The service guy told me I can get 3x the speed for 1/2 the price.

@Xfinity how long does a customer have to wait to hear about a ticket number? 2 weeks or longer? What about to your rewards call line? Same timeframe or longer? How about in a call? No response back after being put on hold after 30 mins? Utter disappointment all around

We investigate all down wires for safety, due to liability reasons, if the equipment is not ours , we cannot repair. If the wire belongs to Xfinity, you would need to contact them directly. - Miranda

Our @Xfinity internet is out AGAIN, for the like 7th time this year. 2 different brand-new modems. Brand-new coax cable inside & from pole to house. 4 techs to our house in less than 3 months. We STILL keep losing the internet. So infuriating. Horrible service.

Day 1 with @Xfinity and there’s already an issue. Why do y’all require a cable-jack for ******* internet? I got a cable-jack on one end of the living room and an Ethernet port or whatever it’s called on the opposite end. I need a solid 15ft of cable to connect this thing 😡

@EvanRobertsWFAN Dropped Comcast because it didn’t support SNY app. Switched to YouTube TV which Does. Down in Myrtle Beach SC on Vacation, loaded SNY app on TV, linked it to home account & Watched deGrom/Scherzer game, LOVE the SNY APP!!
