@Xfinity Please help. We set up a transfer of service after moving but neither internet or cable is working. Comcast sent a refresh but it doesn’t work and we can’t get a tech on the phone. It keeps saying they can’t talk until refresh is done. HELP. can someone call us?

So I don’t have a local feed. I have the MLB Network sports package on Comcast and by my best estimates, I’m on a 15-20 delay for non-Red Sox games. I’ll be putting my phone away for the bottom of the 9th for... you know... no reason at all.
