I’ve never in my life seen a more glitchy and terrible app than @Xfinity’s myaccount app. Endless loops in various browsers are mind numbing. You would think they have enough money and engineers to produce a working app but maybe I expect too much.

@comcastcares @PepcoConnect said all their power lines are buried and it’s not their line. No one is taking responsibility or following up after I put in a repair order. I am not an expert I just know a down line should not be left down for months.

@comcast Thanks, Chris! All we could learn was that it was a problem with the node and they couldn’t provide a timeline for a fix.

I’m on the phone with @comcast @Xfinity customer service and I don’t know if I want to cry or scream this is the most complicated setup process I have ever experienced

@Xfinity I tried everything including closing the app and safari. I’m sure it’s some feature that wasn’t accounted for during development, I was just stating that the QA department or UX probably needs to do a little better. Also doesn’t really explain the outage messiness today.

@Xfinity Then today there was another outage and I went to check and it flashed a timeframe for one second before bouncing me to safari and exiting the page on the app. That safari page would just ask me to login which bounced me back to the app and the cycle continued

@thethrill909 @4EverBlueshirts Yup, and then have the audacity to black out NHL network Ranger games in Fairfield county Ct since technically the home cable carrier is supposed to be carrying the game but wait MSG no longer exists on said home cable carrier, Comcast/Xfinity. Unfriggen real.

I've spent three hours trying to log into your app and apparently you dont have a single person answer the phone. i even chatted with some one who, I believe, intentionally transferred me to someone who wasn't there as retribution for my annoyance
