@comcastcares Apparently Comcast doesn't care about its customers who are veterans. Filled out your online verification months ago. No contact recvd re:discount. Can't get through on phone to cust svc, chat tells you you must call. Your customer service continues to be subpar.

My stepdad works for Verizon and has been working for them for 50+ years and I’ve noticed that any time a Comcast commercial comes on bashing them I always stare at him to see if he’ll react some way. He never does.

@hachx0 @comcast I called right away and they said he marked it as done. I was like “he didn’t do a damn thing and i left work earlier than usual to get here.” Apparently he was also supposed to come talk to me before and after but didn’t. I got me a $20 credit on my bill.

Really choppy connection on a Zoom call today. Others on call had no problem so I’m guessing it’s the Comcast line I’m effectively sharing with 300 of my dearest neighbors. Looked up DSL option and it only offers “High Speed Internet between 1.1-3 Mbps.” 😂

Word to the wise, If you're dealing with an idiot at @Xfinity ask for another agent. Last agent said, sending you a new remote, never happened. After an hour on the phone with a ding-a Ling, got hung up on. Called back, new agent said , Red flag no tv service for you until Monday

@AltitudeTV Comcast is not the villain here. You knew, for years, that you had an expired contract with Comcast and made zero attempt to negotiate a new one. You expected Comcast to continue to honor the expired contract. Sorry, but that’s extraordinary bad business.
