An @comcast @Xfinity technician just came to our home without a mask, approached my husband, and asked to come in our home. He did not maintain the 10ft of distance that @comcast says they're supposed to maintain. He left our home and is going to others. We filed a complaint.

@krisnova Xfinity/Comcast customer for 20ish years. Mostly because they’re the local incumbent/devil I know. Not bad. Not great. Regional congestion isn’t as bad as it was 10 years ago. Customer support is terrible, but that’s par for the course. A firm “meh”.

Made two attempts, but Xfinity’s robocop telephone answering ai will not let you talk to a human. Sometimes a problem does not fit neatly into menu choices. Tried Xfinity chat, but gave up after no answer after 20 min.
