@OpTiC_clev @UbisoftSupport I'm not doing port forwarding, usually don't have to also on the Xbox One. That's mainly known for PS4 though. I get that all the time while doing tech support for Xfinity.

Good lord, I’ve been trying to set up an @Xfinity Flex box for going on two hours, including almost an hour on the phone with customer service. It has been “connecting to wifi” for the last thirty minutes. I should have gotten a Roku. 😵💫

@comcastcares Do you? Cause I work from home and so does my woman and we can’t cause of y’all dropping the ball once again. So I’m not only am I not able to make money they way I want, I have to continue to pay for inadequate standard customer service.

@Glaswegian17 @msinger When I turn it to NBA Network it will say blacked out in your area. Interpretation, it’s blacked out. I don’t have comcast or satellite.

Okay, am now on my ninth reboot of this stupid little box. I’ve been at this since about 6:30pm. The ninth time I’ve have had to enter my wifi password. @Xfinity, is this thing ever going to actually work? Can you at least pay whatever ******* ransom it wants so releases my TV?

@andymyrick @Verizon It’s like Comcast asking you “How many devices do you have” when trying to “explain” how much up/down you need.
