In Chicopee, we know first-hand how big corporate monopolies like Charter Spectrum do business — and it’s the same for Comcast, Verizon, and all the others. They force people to pay ridiculous prices in exchange for poor service because they know consumers have no other options.

@kaaaaylee Same! It’s a dish service or spectrum/xfinity in wmass. My hometown is starting their own fiber through the electric company, which is pretty awesome. But Spectrum is the worst by far... outdated cable, terrible pricing and outages without warning.

@zebrafinch It sucks because their website is slow, even on Xfinity. The app loads regular coupons and discounts for ‘buy online, pickup in store’ which save time and are pretty good.

Damn like I really couldn't sleep so I pulled out the handy dandy old ass tablet we have. Pulled up that old ass Xfinity stream service and tried to catch up on sh*t. But it truly duly just updated on me and logged my ass out from the phantom account I had. Damn.

@DIRECTV I am pretty ticked off that when my 2 yr agreement expired U was told me to call to get a better pricing. So I called,Loyalty discount was a lousy $10. sh*t no wonder why your bleeding customers! Well my signal doesn’t go out now with Xfinity when it rains. My 2 cents!

@comcast We want to cancel our account because your technical staff couldn’t connect us after 2 visits. We’ve been loyal costumers since 2001 but not having internet with 3 kids and our work was not an option. AT&T did it in less than 24 hours.

@Xfinity is the worst internet provider ever. If @CenturyLink had faster then 5 upload speed where I live I’d go with them in a heartbeat. Instead paying $100 for 400 down and 10up, keep getting dropped to 80down until I call and complain then it’s magically fixed.
