  @kylemh_ @Xfinity I agree and its very annoying but every ISP does this afaik - you can call and ask for customer retention then ask them to reduce the price back and they always will if that helps. It's just ridiculous that anyone should need to do this.

  @WWE 1) Hi. I had a WWE Network account for the last two years that was cancelled when the streaming service was moved to Peaco*ck. So I started an account with them was able to view Fastlane at no additional charge on Xfinity

  @Big_Jimbo75 While that’s true most places, that’s not really the problem here. In Chicago I can get AT&T, Spectrum, RCN, or Xfinity. It’s more that my apartment building decided for me that it can only be AT&T, and they went with a provider that no longer offers true cable for new customers.

  @comcastcares my speeds are my modem at only 421 mbps down doing repeated tests. I pay for gigabit. I need this fixed ASAP and get the speeds I pay for.
