I’ve waited 3 days for a call back from @Verizon/@verizonfios. In 15 minutes, I was transferred 3 times and hung up on 4 times. Now I have to start this whole process over. I WAS going to add phone service, but if this is how your customer service is, you can forget it.

@fkyofeelins_ I am so sorry, I should have checked this out before recommending: "The Fios coverage map currently spans from New York and Massachusetts, along the East Coast, reaching all the way to Virginia." I understand that it's expensive to lay down fiber optic infrastructure. 1/

@StarryExperts It took me less time to order @verizonfios than it's taking you to fix it. I just can't imagine the number of clients you are losing after this.

I swear Verizon wants to punish you for canceling their service because ONE it took me THREE WEEKS!!! To cancel mine. Second, I cancelled it and got my confirmation # and it’s STILL NOT CANCELLED Third, Verizon wants to permanently ban me??? Like bro @verizonfios ???

@VerizonSupport Fios TV keeps freezing for me. I can't use the troubleshooter because the menu freezes every time I go into it. This happens multiple times a week, I've called support multiple times over the past month about it, yet you continue to not fix it.

i just have one complaint about fios and it's that this router appears to be reassigning my computer a new ip address every time i restart, which is low key annoying
