We had mistakenly vastly overpaid our bill. Their 1—800phone system was not working soI drove tothe Riverdale location. Iexpected along wait asI did not have anappointment. Within aminute ofwalking inI was greeted byPaul. Don’t know his last name. Heimmediately logged into their system, confirmed the error and set inmotion arefund. Very impressive. Very helpful and knowledgeable employee, XFinity.. Thanks.

Melissa, myhomie, you are a10/10. Ispent over anhour going back and forth onthe phone, trying toactivate myphone plan with noluck, Melissa activated itin less than two minutes. She was quick, polite, friendly, efficient,etc. Andwow, just thankyou. I've done transfer like this before soI have noidea what the issue was but she knew exactly what todo. Online/over the phone customer service leaves something tobe desired, but inperson isawesome.

Absolutely useless service when you have anoutage. You absolutely cannot get intouch with noone from Xfinity. Horrible horrible system.

The staff are very helpful and nice. The experience ofusing Comcast for Internet service still has alot tobe desired after rebranding toXfinify. Irecently canceled my1year contract. I've spent approx 12hours ofmy own time dealing with setup issues, incorrect account issues, customer service onthe phone just rerouting mycall ina loop, cancelling, returning the useless tvbox…etc…the only way toget anything accomplished isgoing tothe store and doing itin person. All the other ISPs I've used have been super easy toresolve questions with online.
0stars for convenience.
2.5stars for reliable speed and price.
5stars for inperson staff.
Negative stars for mewasting mytime onthe phone with customer service.Keep all your receipts and emails. Those things are the holy grail when dealing with BSon contract obligations and fees when you cancel and try tobecome free ofthe cancerous labyrinth ofXfinity automated customer service loops/emails.

Beware ofusing Xfinity Stream. Iwas originally told that Icould stream the live TVchannels Ipay good money for from Xfinity with myinternet subscription that Ialso pay them for without itaffecting mydatacap. Turnsout, even though you are using theirapp, their tvservice, and their internet— they still meter how much you can watch oftheir service counting against your1.2TB. Ithought Icould comfortably leave the tvon streaming from their channel line uponly tobe greeted with awarning that Iwent over mydatacab, which was solely from their Xfinity streamapp. Absolute garbage.… – show

I just had the worst experience talking toan operator about aninternet connection. Ihad asked them togive details and this operator Jason (QIS) just kept going onand onabout their plans and jumping right topayment. Which honestly sounded like talking toa computer not aperson. Iclearly told him Ineeded just internet and Ikept getting asked toconnect security, landline and switching myphone totheir service. That’s not what Iwanted and Isaid that right off bat when Icalled. What Iwanted was internet and Iwould have gotten itwithout any questions ifthere wasn’t this upselling and push toget more services than what Ineed. Iget that you are asalesman and that’s your job but you also have tounderstand what the customer needs vswhat you want tosell. That was insulting. Jason, maybe try tolisten toyour customer next time instead ofjust talking and interrupting them with your sales pitch.… – show

Charge for equipment you don’t have oruse repeatedly. Give adifferent answer every time you callin. They may fix itfor amonth, but two months later, you have towaste your time calling again.

Not agreat experience atthis store, Iwent into return equipment and Nathan told methat wehad not had our service turnedoff, even though Iwas sure Ihad heard myhusband canceling itthe week before soI told Nathan Iwas going tocall myhusband and double-check. When Icame back from the call hequestioned mesaying, “You really need tocheck with your husband and get his permission?” Hewas extremely rude and unprofessional and when myhusband went inhalf anhour later tosort out theissue, hespoke with someone else who said the service had been turned off two weeks ago soapparently Nathan also had noidea what hewas talking about.… – show
