@PaulLavigne17 @comcast @ZiplyFiber Their network engs. also leave something 2 b desired. I have a whole long story about how their engineers didn’t believe/listen to me that they had a routing loop in IPv6. They wanted more proof than a bi-dir packet capture that gave everything someone could need, apparently.

PSA: @ZiplyFiber will charge you for unused and previously cancelled services with no hesitation and has no problem lying about it even when you have the receipts to prove it. Any comment @AskZiplyFiber ?

@PaulLavigne17 @comcast @ZiplyFiber Quite. Comcast is a terrible company. They basically have a monopoly most markets, which is common case 4 tele. & cable co’s. Most of the time, they’re not even appropriately reg’d. & can hike prices how/when they want.Most customers have one cable & one tele. provider, at best

We’ve been more than patient, courteous and respectful. That era has ended when it comes to .@ZiplyFiber. To put it clearly they suck. No Internet, no phone service since April 6. Avoid Ziply, they’re the worst.

. @ZiplyFiber I can only tell your salesman to stop coming to my door so many times. I’m asking, please stop! Remove me from your list, I know you just installed service in in my neighborhood, but I’m not switching carriers.

My @ZiplyFiber internet service intermittent for OVER a year - crashing; unexpectedly, during client visits, during my live stream - no rhyme or reason. After I fixed the issue myself @AskZiplyFiber believes it's fair to paid for interrupted services... for just a month 😑
