@PonderingPanda8 @VodafoneUK Seems a lot of people having the same issue. I'm in Aberdeen too. Status checker saying there is an outage in the area. Hopefully it gets resolved soon 🤞🏻

Just received my 9.3% increase email @VodafoneUK my contract states you can raise my bill by RPI, so will I actually start receiving a decent service (what I already pay for) now? Or shall I leave because you've added 3.9% to RPI?Pretty disgraceful considering your profits.

@VodafoneUK the procedure is the same even before 8pm. You ask people to get online to solve a problem with the internet, because no one picks up the phone even during working hours. Going to switch provider today

Just got an email from @VodafoneUK telling me my phone bill is increasing by 8.2% in line with RPI. WTF? Have people with other network providers had this because my contract is almost up and that is a big old hike?
