@CordCuttersNews Not a fan of "pay tv" being limited to cable when YTTV, Hulu and FuboTV are $65/m. At some point the cable networks will likely get competitive again, using apps to replace boxes - see Verizon - and make up in internet $ what they lose in tv. They're not dead yet, just slow.

Why is Verizon’s customer service so shady? Is there an edict that you must provide the most vague details? I had to ask a million clarifying questions just to make sure my issue was being handled properly.

@VerizonSupport I'm paying as much as you can. I even got a refund when certain stuff didn't help. It hardly works even when it's not throttled. The cell tower can't handle the saturation of people in the rural area I live in. I was told they would upgrade the tower eventually...thats it.
