@CoxHelp I am truly disappointed in your responses. Have your management team look at what companies are doing for their customers. Check Verizon, Geico, Aetna etc. Let them get a reality check as to what good customer service is. This is one of the reasons we dumped cable with you.

@CordCuttersNews Not a fan of "pay tv" being limited to cable when YTTV, Hulu and FuboTV are $65/m. At some point the cable networks will likely get competitive again, using apps to replace boxes - see Verizon - and make up in internet $ what they lose in tv. They're not dead yet, just slow.
