@UScellular haven't been able to use 4g consistently for over 3 years now. 4g is slower or just doesn't work and now I can't even use 3g that's somehow more reliable yet you make sure to charge me over 100 dollars a month. As soon as my contract is over I'm gone

@UScellular the absolute worst company and customer service! I upgraded my phone by pre-ordering the S23 ultra, confirmed doing so by speaking to someone with broken English and now they have no record of my order??? We're going to Verizon today! Almost a 10 year they don't gaf!!

@Travis84030246 @UScellular Travis, its likely the signal strength in your town was what they call "Beyond Cell Edge" and you likely frequently dropped to "3G EVDO" to maintain data service. Its like that across UScellular's network sadly. Only AT&T and Verizon are doing rural buildouts though anymore.

I've gotten 6 phone calls the last two days. None work related. All spam calls. All telling me my Medicare has expired. I call the number back and it's not even in service. Very frustrating @UScellular it's constant, at least 2 or 3 per day.

@UScellular Called today and went in to the local locations. Both stated their mistake, but not going to change anything. Basically, "suck it!" First reduced bill, they say, will be April. We'll be with a different service by then if you don't fix this.

@BillieJeanWiley Seriously, when Verizon bought out Chariton Valley Wireless.. CVW customers drove 60+ miles one way to Brookfield, MO just to switch to Verizon because UScellular's network is so bad in NE Missouri. Over 1,500 customers made that trip. Rest did it online.

@Visible Yea. I know Total "by Verizon" is there already but... its not really the best fit for rural areas when it comes to their plans. I've been pushing Visible to nearly every single @UScellular customer I talk to and so far, ya'll have gained at least 8 happy customers.
