@WCVB @wbz why are you guys not reporting about the @nationalgridus power outages after a brief thunderstorm? It's bad enough they profit billions of dollars yet can't reinvest into making sure their power grid works when it's raining or the wind blows.

It's pretty sad when there is only 4 power outages in Worcester County according to the map and @nationalgridus takes 4 to 5 hours to address the problem, yet demand instant bill payment or they'll disconnect your power in minutes.

80 days without cooking gas & hot water in my Brooklyn apartment. @nationalgridus keeps saying they'll treat this as an "emergency order" only to let weeks & weeks tick by. I'm exhausted by the constant inaction by this company we're all beholden to.

@nationalgridus is the only company with a barely functioning website who will flat out lie to you and then try to put the blame on you when you can’t contact their poorly staffed customer service by phone. Invest in an app and look like a legit company.

So .@nationalgridus never sent me any prior notice for a gas line inspection, charged me $100, sent me a certified letter saying my gas will be disconnected if i dont schedule an inspection. You call the number and get a voicemail that they will get back to you in 7 days.

**** @EversourceMA for refusing to come re-read our meter after we’ve called and scheduled a reading three times and they didn’t show. They’re charging us over $1000 for our first month of service. They’re scammers and have zero customer service. @nationalgridus here we come!
