@comcastcares My connection has been down since 2pm yesterday. I've restarted ~472 times. Xfinity Assistant doesn't see a problem and "chat with agent" keeps "stopping unexpectedly." I would call, but you see, no connection. Please, fix. it.

@KatiePrejean @Suddenlink Comcast was our only option for years. And because there was nothing we could do about it, service was deplorable. Like it or leave it.As soon as fios moved in, service levels skyrocketed. All of a sudden, they cared.

@XfinitySupport Yes most of your devices are connected WiFi 5.0 and 6 MHz, I have internet essentials my tablet will only connect to the 5.0 they've tried to combine them 2x and I had to call to get the signal separated because my device couldn't use the 2.4 and it seems like Xfinity pushed it?

This NFL Network Broadcast is terrible in the Chicagoland area. Keeps freezing up and missing entire plays. I would say it’s me but I started watching in a bar earlier this evening - figured it was their cable. But, having same issue at home. Maybe it’s exclusive to Xfinity?
