@waymoflydenuu ***** you slipping heavy I got ride of Comcast cable and just kept there internet my nephew put me on this app called wya TV and you get every damn Channel and PPV event and movies that comes out on Friday’s for 20 dollars a month or 70 dollars for 3 months I seen scooby already

@shaiyhoward Yeah I got xfinity but I shouldn’t have to pay 100 dollars just for internet.. and paying over 200 plus dollars for cable I hate them they’re crooks. I’m about to turn they **** in very soon and let’s these firesticks go to work

been sitting on the phone with @Xfinity support on hold for nearly 30 minutes now. The agent said he would check to see what was happening and hasn’t come back. he keeps picking up the line and putting back on hold. @comcastcares doesn’t really care.

Comcast @Xfinity is a piece of S**T. First I tried online because calling customer service is such a frustrating experience. Could not resolve my issue online so I called and after 30 minutes on the phone I got hung up on 2X. Have not been able to speak to a real person.

@AirlineFlyer Yeah my xfinity modem kept having issues. Swapped twice. Areis modem/router. So I just bought my own surfboard and router. Now I get gigabit down instead of 30 down. Lol

Our TV went out and the earliest @RCNconnects can get out is Thursday. They’ve been on a downhill for awhile and between the outages, bad internet and TV service, and inability to fix their problems, I now get the delightful option of switching to Comcast.

@GlobeChadFinn Yes it was strange, I was watching ch 4 on the XFINITY streaming app in the Boston market when all of a sudden it dropped my connection. When I reconnected it never loaded the game. All other programming on the other channels worked fine.

@Xfinity charged me for a technician to come out and fix a problem OUTSIDE of my home. I was told that I wouldn’t be charged and still was. A representative told me a month ago that it would be fixed and it never was

Thank you @comcast for providing the worst cable and internet service I’ve ever experienced! If it’s not the internet troubleshoot in the middle of the day when people are working remotely is the cable TV that goes down just because and have to wait hours for it to be fixed! 👏🏼
