What got me really going was when I called Comcast for help and the machine that answered kept asking to reset my modem. I had to tell it no 4 times before it ignored me and reset it anyway. I just needed to update the MAC address, and the machine ignored me to reset the modem.

@Xfinity worst customer service. Spend hour on phone with someone from another country to cancel some service. She gave me new price and sent me text to confirm new price. Today went to return equipment and they have nothing in there system and the price is now $15 more.

We had major storm damage last night. Comcast/Xfinity service went out at about 6:45pm. There is still no service in the area. You can't get anyone on the phone. However, miss a payment and they will turn your service off very quickly. Security, internet and cable gone. Not good
