I’m hurriedly trying to download a bunch of video content to my phone before Xfinity takes down internet service here for at least most of tomorrow. The timing sucks. Nothing worse than being stuck at home on vacation instead of at work while this is going on.

@Xfinity A tech visit is already scheduled for tomorrow AM, which will hopefully solve the problem. Connectivity has been inconsistent since the service began a little over a month ago, and phone/chat tech has no idea why.

I think Xfinity is legit stumped, because speeds directing to Xfinity-related servers are still just fine. But YouTube is broken. Some websites don’t work. I’m afraid to turn on my Xbox One or Switch, since they probably can’t connect at dial-up speeds.

@dabfordale The fact that a majority of the Saturday races are EARLIER than the Sunday races is my issue. It's backwards. It also proves that we are likely to not see much qualifying/practice for Xfinity/trucks and probably a quick prac/qual/race on Sunday.

@XfinitySupport I have had the worst experience in my 20 years as a customer with xfinity recently. I have a gigabyte plan and I'm a preferred customer. I have tried to get the XB8 since it came out in April. You have sent me the XB7, which I already have TWICE now. Terrible

Can someone in the know please explain to me how this @WWENetwork on @peaco*ckTV works? I get Peaco*ck as part of my @Xfinity package. I've also been paying $9.99/month for #WWENetwork. Do I need to keep paying for Network since I have Peaco*ck? Is app diff from what's on Peaco*ck?

Having to miss at least a day of work because of @Xfinity problems is incredibly frustrating. Had to cancel an extra help session with some students and am leaving the teachers I work with in a rough spot.

@Big_Jimbo75 While that’s true most places, that’s not really the problem here. In Chicago I can get AT&T, Spectrum, RCN, or Xfinity. It’s more that my apartment building decided for me that it can only be AT&T, and they went with a provider that no longer offers true cable for new customers.

@comcastcares my speeds are my modem at only 421 mbps down doing repeated tests. I pay for gigabit. I need this fixed ASAP and get the speeds I pay for.
