@danwangphoto We got xfinity pods and NOTHING worked on them. We returned them, then my (6) @bose speakers kept dropping off the WiFi every other night— could only fix after power cycles. Turned out it was because of the public xfinity network (?!) and now we’re fine after a month of anxiety.

@comcast @Xfinity your chat bot system stinks! The fact that when something fails or disconnects you have to go back through it and get to someone who has no idea your problem is inexcusable. 4 hours in and no solutions despite the best efforts of your customer care people!

.@comcastcares, w/ weather we’ve had, branches have hit cable twice. You repaired it 1st time, but the 2nd strike dislodged cable from the bldg. Phone line didn’t move once. Quickly reattached cable, but TV image frequently freezes, and Zoom tells me I have unstable connection. ?

@stevesohcot @Xfinity @comcast The only useful call I have ever had with xfinity was when I called to cancel service. Took less than 15 min.

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport I think my favorite part of being a PLATINUM rewards member for having service for 14 years is waiting 45 minutes to speak to a human and having them put me on hold for 10 minutes and then disconnecting me without calling back. #NotValuedCustomer

@SRuhle My Comcast price has gone up $100 in 1 year. I have cut to basic service. I called on weekend to ask ? about service and after 20 min. getting thru Auto Att menu went to recording telling me I had a wait time of 2 hrs 37 min.
