Is the Way2Go Card available for child support in Illinois? ›

It is an FDIC-Insured Bank Debit Card issued by Comerica Bank, designed specifically for people who receive child support payments from the Illinois SDU. No credit check or bank account is required to enroll. Your Card is welcomed everywhere Mastercard is accepted.

If you have lost your card or if it has been stolen, you should immediately call the toll free Customer Service number at 1-866-338-2944. This number is available 24 hours a day-7 days a week. For Customer Service outside of the United States, call collect 1-866-338-2944..

Use the Way2Go Card mobile app, GoProgram, or call 1-877-253-3686 to activate your card and create your PIN.

You will receive payment on your card once you have completed your waiting week, certified for the next week, and are found eligible to receive payment. The payment will go on the card two to three business days after each weekly certification.
