Having broadband issues and found @VodafoneUK have removed all the phone options to talk to someone and replaced it with a chat app 😭 they are so slow with it. The worst thing they could have done.

@VodafoneUK @RobShand1 I’ve been a customer for about 15 years and there’s no reward or recognition for loyalty, all you try and do is sell me additional lines. You also throttle 4G and 5G speeds. I’m leaving in 3 days! :) 👋🏻

@VodafoneUK the worst customer service in terms of following up on an order. Since Jan, I tried to set up broadband, 3 times cancelled, no fault of my own. I only kept with them as I was promised goodwill against once set up. It was only in Aug it was done & went back on promise.

I don't hold out much hope for people getting free internet via @OpenreachHelp. Our internet via @VodafoneUK uses their network and we've had three engineers unsuccessfully attempt to fix something that is a persistent fault, today is the worst it's ever been. Worse than dial up!

@VodafoneUK I have been hung up on both on web chat and the phone - not acceptable. I have spent over an hour now trying to speak to you. I will simply cancel my direct debit if someone on your team cannot call me back to resolve this.
