its all well looking around for broadband, and I'm a @VodafoneUK customer, however, when @virginmedia are the only broadband provider you can get because @OpenreachHelp didnt bother covering your street, it makes it rather difficult #MartinLewis

Our virgin media internet is so awful at the moment that I continuously have to turn the WiFi off on my phone. Surely that’s not the point of home WiFi 🙄

@virginmedia I had confirmation that my mother's cancellation was noted, but never actioned. She was transfered to the cancellation team on the text, but has had no response after that, this was 4pm yesterday. This is a lot of stress for my 78 year old mother

@GarganEstelle @virginmedia My elderly mother is having the same problem, Virgin billed her again for the second month after cancelling. So now it'll be another day spent on hold and lied to. They are a nightmare and they do not care about the vulnerable. I hope your issue gets resolved!

@virginmedia Yes both are affected, the light change from different red, white or green, and flashing or static, the TV box flashes. All sorts of things. And neighbours also report theirs is out at the same time.. Hence not a box issue.

@virginmedia Yes, the “fix time” came and went, I got a text that it was fixed, and it was until that same evening, then it went tit* up again. It seems to be disconnecting, getting very slow download and upload speeds, and the main problem is extreme fluctuations of DL and UL latency…

@virginmedia Yes but was told the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, got worse after 24 hours now have to wait until Tuesday. That’s four days after the initial issue.

@virginmedia We've been on the phone countless times about this issue with nothing resolved other than i'm sorry. Not good enough, soonest an engineer can get out to us is the 22nd October just to connect the landline to a box up the street. Pathetic. Nearly 20 years a customer. Sky calling.

@virginmedia Yes, which we do every time out of habit now. But you can't reset the router by unplugging it if you are not home. My issue isn't it was out once, it's that it keeps happening.
