@MediacomCable is the absolute worst with customer service! They don’t care if you’ve had good payment history or anything!!! They’re extremely rude and they do this because there isn’t any competition in our area! @Verizon please bring home service to Moline

Don’t trade in phones with @Verizon, have been trying to complete our trade in deal with @VerizonSupport since JANUARY. Still paying for phones that we were assured would be FREE. Worst bait & switch in history, absolutely disgusted with @Verizon

I guess I take it back, @ATT for business isn’t the worst. @Verizon for business is even worse. Unbelievable bad customer service. In 45 years I haven’t had experienced anything this bad. It would be funny if it wasn’t happening to me.

@VerizonSupport LOL so I DM you and you ignore me. This is standard practice @FTC. I "bought" an iPhone 11 days ago from Verizon. They took my $1310, but never delivered my phone. Now they won't talk to me.

Don’t use @Verizon for anything. We got a new cellphone contract & they gave us a faulty iphone. The replacement sent was not a new one as stated in the contract. Every store we go to won’t help at all and customer service keeps giving us the run around. @NYCDCA @FTC #fraud

@Verizon i can't call or recieve text messages! Why do you need to send a text to verify to a broken phone when I'm trying to chat online! And i spent hours yesterday trying to fix my phone only to be disconnected by incompetent idiots
