@zroe0 @optimum I’d kill for @GetSpectrum to be on my road, but for some unknown reason they literally stopped less than half a mile Down the road and that was last November they put the lines in. Can’t get an answer on when or if they’ll install on our road or not. Upsetting af

@Khryn_Tzu @Ask_Spectrum The issue i have with spectrum sometimes my net will just drop to like crap speeds. barely enough to watch anything. Lately tho it hasn't happen so I am assuming they or it fixed it self lol.

@Ask_Spectrum The recording on the line says they cannot help me. Haha. I guess I need to go back to my previous provider so I can get a service that supports apple devices. I mean this is over week of trying to activate. Meanwhile I am getting billed.

@verizonfios it’s passed 11:15pm and my service still not restored. You failed in your commitment to have it repaired by that hour. No human to talk to. All automated. Am I the only food person in my apt building? Has everyone gone back to @GetSpectrum @VerizonSupport ?

@Ask_Spectrum I pay for 100 mbps and you recently claimed to have upgraded me to 300 mbps at no extra cost. Yet I can't get over 30 mbps. **** YOU. @NikkiFried do something about these lying fraudsters.
