@Ask_Spectrum Get a procedure for deceased customers and teach it to your reps! Be consistent. You lost a customer due to incompetence and I'll tell everyone I know how awful this was.

Hey @GetSpectrum @CharterCom WTF with pushy sales people calling me from "Account Services" and telling me they are going to "give me a 'free' 7 day trial" for your streaming service, and when I politely said "no thanks" essentially said "I'm adding it anyway"???

Of course I get a letter from the TWC telling me they cannot pay me unemployment because they day I didn't contact them about my identity issue in time. I did, in fact, call in and spoke to someone LAST WEEK and completed all the requirements. JFC I hate this.

@Ask_Spectrum Yeah still waiting on internet. All. Damn. Day. It’s a joke to pay for this service. What’s your business model? Oh yeah only have one other competitor so your service doesn’t need to compete....

@DJISupport @DJIGlobal Yup just gonna keep this going... closing in on 20 days... kinda feel like this is the worst customer service of any company haha. Like you are dropping below @GetSpectrum ..... SPECTRUM! #joke

@Ask_Spectrum Here's a fun one for you: NETGEAR CM1200, OFDMA issue, need my modem firmware updated to 3.02.01 from 1.02.01. 3rd TC booked just now. Can this be done by engineering NOW before Friday and wasting a truck roll? Maybe get @NETGEAR or @NETGEARhelp involved? DM me.
Luis Lainez 01 (@LuisLainez01) reported
@Ask_Spectrum I'm guessing I never got the speeds I wanted because my device setups, I barely know about networking..

@Ask_Spectrum I know you’re either just some bot or an underpayed employee so no, just stop charging people for equipment before the 30 days after they cancel.

If you work for @Ask_Spectrum you should do the respectable thing and quit. Find yourself a reputable organization to work for, like the Gambinos or ISIS or Enron. Actually this goes for anybody who works in “customer service”
