What should I bring to Splash Country? ›

An ocean-like swimming pool with simulated waves that may be strong. Mountain Waves features a zero-depth entry with maximum pool depths of 6'.

Splash Country literally offers something for EVERYONE! There are thrill rides, such as Fire Tower Falls, but then there slower, more relaxed attractions, such as the Downbound Float Trip. There are two areas for kids... one would seem more for very small children, while the other would be perfect for a 4-5 year old.

Ideal days to visit to avoid long lines include Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Please take note of Dollywood Splash Country weather policy. Dollywood Splash Country rain policy will issue a rain check if the length of your visit is negatively impacted due to weather.

Can I bring food into the park? Due to health & safety regulations, outside food, beverages, glassware & coolers are not permitted inside Dollywood or Dollywood's Splash Country.

Weight Restriction:

Single tubes may only be used by a single rider with a weight limit of 250lbs. Double tubes may only be used by 2 riders with a combined weight limit of 400lbs. Double tubes are for two riders at 48 inches or taller.

Splash Country does not provide guests towels, so make sure you bring your own. You can, however, purchase towels from Splash & Dash Sundries, located in the park.

Dollywood Splash Country is super clean, they have plenty of food options, a gift shop with everything from goggles to coverups and more.

Is Splash Country water heated? ›

- Dollywood's Splash Country. The water is not heated, so temp. will be based on how warm it has been in the area for the past couple of weeks before your visit. At the start of the season in May, it will be colder than it will be if you visited in July or August for example. Helpful?

Keep in mind only swimsuits are allowed on the rides at Dollywood Splash Country. This means that any clothing with buckles, denim, corduroy or cutoffs are not allowed while riding the rides. Additionally, shirts are not allowed on any water slide, no exception.

Preferred Parking is available at both Dollywood and Dollywood's Splash Country for an additional charge.

Complimentary transportation is available between Dollywood and Dollywood's Splash Country via the parking lot trams for all guests wishing to travel to both parks on the same day.
