Well thanks to @Xfinity's incompetence. I just lost my TV service just as @BlueBloods_CBS was about to start. Second time this week Xfinity has screwed up! #BlueBloods

@Xfinity our Wi-Fi has been out for 12h with no access to phone, internet, TV. Now I am no longer even able to receive status updates. Some customer service and restoration of service would be the minimum I would expect. Very hard to work from home like this

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport It's been over an hour since customer service was supposed 2 look at Y my bill is $100+ dollars more than it should be, plus despite telling U my preferred email multiple times U R still using the wrong email. I will keep tweeting until issues resolved.

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport What's going on? You were supposed to text me a code so you could look at why my my bill is over $100 more than it should be, that was at 4:27pm, it's now 5:05 and no code and bill not fixed. That's terrible customer service.

@MrWatchMeWorkTV Tell you one thing it's better than FiOS bill wise. But internet wise when it comes to Xfinity is great but I definitely recommend a router to boost the signal or one of their products

@OnPatrolNation I had that too and roku told me to delete my xfinity app channel and reinstall it. I told them not the problem it's only the reelz channel on xfinity and everyother provider.

@thethrill909 @4EverBlueshirts Yup, and then have the audacity to black out NHL network Ranger games in Fairfield county Ct since technically the home cable carrier is supposed to be carrying the game but wait MSG no longer exists on said home cable carrier, Comcast/Xfinity. Unfriggen real.

I've spent three hours trying to log into your app and apparently you dont have a single person answer the phone. i even chatted with some one who, I believe, intentionally transferred me to someone who wasn't there as retribution for my annoyance
