Started today with no wifi, making mandatory WFH impossible. After wrangling with Comcast, we drove down to the Xfinity store to replace our router. Fine, ok. But on the drive back we got a flat tire 😭Friday is cancelled, sending good vibes and pet pics are appreciated.

I haven’t been able to stream hardly at all this week due to internet issues. The 4th @comcast technician is coming over today to try and fix this issue. Even though not ONE technician has really even tried to pinpoint and fix the problem.

Comcast scheduled an outage for building internet on Wednesday, never showed up or said anything, then we get a text a 7:30 saying they'll be here at 8:30-9:00 same day to do the work. Guy shows up at 9:30 and the internet is already shut off. Incredible service @comcastcares

@Xfinity I talked to customer service and they reset my internet but it didn’t fix the problem, and they told me to just connect to the community hotspot in the mean time

@booksbyapple @Xfinity I’ve had good luck with them in Lynnwood, though I just pay for internet. At $200 I assume you are getting more services. I was paying $49 for 50/50 Mb which I thought was fine. They probably bundle TV packages but you might run into the same price changing issues 🤨

@Xfinity you guys are the worst. I did cut the cable two years ago. Decided to give you guys a chance again. Today is Sunday I have no fck internet and tv. BTW paying very expensive package. Every service change is a nightmare

@murbanvideo Same here.. I have Xfinity, AMA, a live stream of Madera Speedway in Ca, and the Baby Rattler on Speed 51. My poor laptop may crash and burn by 9:15 tonight.
