The fact that @Xfinity @comcastcares has not issued a statement regarding their nationwide outage, that is affected thousands of customers is shady as ****. My theory is that they’ve been hacked and that’s why they can’t give a definitive answer on when service will be restored

. @xfinity techs need to be prioritized for the vaccine. My tech, Chris Garner, is literally going into people’s homes and helping them fix their connectivity needs so that they can continue to safely work from home. To me, he and all other techs are front line essential workers.

I've spent three hours trying to log into your app and apparently you dont have a single person answer the phone. i even chatted with some one who, I believe, intentionally transferred me to someone who wasn't there as retribution for my annoyance
