  @MsMediaT @VerizonSupport Wait you pay for a fiber optic 1gb internet service? As believe me, I know the pain of the customer service as xfinity and Verizon are both owned by Comcast and essentially the same company. They have been rated as the worst service almost every year.

  @WhiteHouse please regulate internet providers like @RCNconnects and @comcast like utilities. We rely on them for livelyhood and they provide such unreliable service and do not care to make it better since there is no competition to deal with.

  @MsMediaT @VerizonSupport Verizon wireless is xfinity which is my internet service and I finally got my issue resolved by filing a complaint with the FTC. I can promise you that you will be taken care of as the FTC does not play games with these companies eating all our money away.

  @Xfinity over $200 a month (no premium channels mind you) for cable and internet and none of my 3 boxes work like they should. Literally takes 30 seconds to change a channel - if it even works. And don’t try to use an internet app. Buffers every 2 minutes. Refresh didn’t fix.

  @mohitify @Tesla I will say though when I purchased a @Tesla my assumption was I will get an iPhone like Hardware/Software with an Apple Genius Bar like service. The former has panned out since the Tesla HW/SW is the best but the latter (customer service) is worse than Comcast.
