Woke up today to Internet Discontented. After chatting briefly with @Xfinity #CustomerService they tell me that someone put in a request to start service at my location, so mine were disconnected. Strange how easy it seems to get someone else's service cut off.

My mom has now lost internet 4 different times and you can’t get a hold of anyone at @ComcastOrSWWa for answers. This is the worst customer service! She is working from home and needs this! Comcast we need answers and an ETA! This is horrible and we are looking to go elsewhere

Thinking about switching to @CenturyLink for internet. Right now we have an awful 5 Mbps through @comcast @Xfinity. #CenturyLink would be around 800 Mbps destroying #Comcast #Xfinity but hear horror stories about CenturyLink. Anyone around the Portland have experience? Thanks.

So @comcastcares let me cancel my account today rather than honoring the price I had stating that they “don’t have that promotion anymore” - so I just did a Google search and found the same promotion very much still active. Can we please stop playing these promotional games?

So the Xfinity in my area is having a lot of issues due to the earlier power outages and windstorm. They have been a lot of reported Internet outages so just my luck. Sorry folks I’ll try a little later to see if it comes back up.
