Just moved into @comcast @Xfinity service area and not impressed so far. They started service 2 weeks before I bought home and needed service and they shipped TV console unit with 2 power packs and no remote. Not a good start. #BadQA #ServiceShouldBeBetter

Panicked when I woke up and realized our cable & internet were down due to the storm last night. Checked my Xfinity app and it said to expect outages until the 21st.. Knowing damn well the #GameofThrones finale is tonight and I can't miss it, we got an Airbnb 30 mins from home 😏

Our internet has been skipping and resetting itself constantly for the past month and the best they can tell me is, oh I'll reset it for you, @Xfinity please get your sh*t together, I reset and unplugged our modem a million times trying to fix it already.

@Skalded Man with gaming consoles and everyone in my house; including my wife, buying digital games along with all the streaming services I had to go unlimited / Comcast business. We always hit the cap. Going to get worse as more go digital (Google and MS cloud gaming service as example)

@AAPLTree I would too. My comcast box SUCKS! I use iMacs for 2nd and 3rd displays. Others displays are too cheap or too expensive. Be nice if there were a mid range option - Akon to the old Apple displays.

@Xfinity 8 wks, 2 calls, 8+ hrs phone & chat "cust. service", 18 pgs screen shots of every word they said, 5x they said they shipped new router but didn't until the 6th time. 5x! they said sent it but did not, & now bill exceeds the offer I was told I'd get. Xfinity should be SHUT DOWN.

@ValParfenoff @denverpost Yeah but Dish is terrible compared to X1, plus if you need the Internet anyway it's so much simpler to do Comcast.They get you stuck and then this crap happens and you go 4 years without Avs games.

@JohanGartner I really believe Comcast doesn’t care about this fan base, and Fletcher is the perfect stooge for their Gm. It’s probably a tax write off for them. I’ve been a Flyers fan for over 48 years and I’ve never seen such incompetence like this. It’s so frustrating as a fan.
