If you think Comcast is a horrible company you should try the clowns at @ATT @Atthelp. They scheduled install 4 times and didn’t install then customer service assured us it would happen this thursday. We got 2 messages today with different dates next week and CS won’t respond.

My dealings with @Xfinity / @comcast A thread*In May of 2020 we moved house. We’d been in our previous address for almost 2 years and been a man Xfinity/Comcast customer the whole time. When we enquired about switching the service to the new address we were told “no problem”

@DannyBTalks @Xfinity I turned in my modem to them several years ago at a xfinity location and they never registered that I returned it.Even after I tried to clear it up for months. They ended up turning it over to a collections agency and my credit took a 70 point hit. I’ll never go back.

@comcast 1.2 TB is not much for a month. I routinely go over that, but I’m with spectrum so they don’t have caps, yet. If the cable companies had to really compete for customers, this data cap **** would stop.
