What happened to customer service and speaking to a human agent - this past week or so has nee horrible - forget @EversourceCT who doesn’t even understand the meeting of customer service - but now @Xfinity - can’t get to a human being without waiting “20-30 minutes”?

@FrontierCorp SUCKS 🤬 I Was completely lied to about the quality of how my service would be when moving! Service man didn’t inform specific info! So now my hubby and me and my tenants have NO WIFI or TV until TUESDAY 🤬 I am 100% going back to @Xfinity

@BrentAxeMedia The ACC Network so far has poorly served SU and probably others. It’s coverage area is limited (Comcast not picking up the Network is a big part of this) and this week’s situation is a prime example of the limited options when there’s a conflict.
