Just spoke to @comcast because they have been overcharging my elderly parents for MONTHS even after I called to have a promotion extension & hbo removed and they said that they never made note in their system. ABSOLUTE TRASH.

@Infosec_Taylor I hear you. In my area ATT and Comcast are offering very cheap highspeed internet to people in need. But the process to actually "certify" you as poor is so "intense" and long that honestly if my child is hungry I would NOT have time to throw 4-8hours just to have Internet. 😔

@comcastcares my internet has been down since 12:30 noon today and was supposed to be up by 5p, due to an outage in my area. There are no hotspots Xfinitywifi available either. The map online is not updated/no ETA. This is in Denver at 38th & Vallejo. Can u provide an update?

@Xfinity my wifi and cable have been out for over 24 hours and I’ve been on the phone waiting for a representative for over 2 hours with no help. This is absolutely ridiculous. After this debacle I am absolutely canceling your services.

Not much more infuriating than @Comcast customer service and the fake keyboard typing, I'm not sure what it is. But if that automated voice resets my damned modem one more time, I'm gonna scream. I need to talk to a human, there's something wrong with my cable line!!!
