Hi, Xfinity, you should be embarrassed. Your technician called to tell me all problems with my service have been resolved. REALLY? The remote won't talk to the TV. So the "sweet" technician argued that I should take the TV back to the manufacturer. #RottenCustomerService.

@HaleyFansDotCom @Xfinity when I asked her to escalate, she finally conceded, said she'd connect me. I've played this game before and asked for the phone # in case I get disconnected, which, WOW, I was disconnected, AND the phone # she gave me was no longer in serviceSpectacular customer support! /s

@Xfinity installed a profile on my laptop that prevents me from deleting it. It causes a pop up to ask me for my system password.The profile installed Jan 5th, it's possible a bad actor is using Xfinity to install phishing on their customers' systems, but Xfinity won't listen 2/

Very cool for @Xfinity to go down while I’m working a COVID on call support shift remotely from home…because, y’know, COVID. This is the second major outage in a couple of months. I’m done with this ****, finally gonna eat the termination fees and switch to FIOS.

So basically, IF someone hijacks @Xfinity system to damage their customers' data/equipment, there's no way to let them know because all they care about is taking your money because they're a monopoly w/ no competition, so they have no incentive to do right by their customers 😡
