Comcast down? Outage map, service status, incidents history (2024)

Looks like the wifi is still down at home which is great because one thing I def wanna do after spending 12 hours or whatever in the car is wake up early tomorrow to get the runaround from Comcast/XFINITY.

I restarted the Peaco*ck app & back to watching #WWEKINGANDQUEEN No idea what happened. Was it a peaco*ck issue or a Comcast issue? Who knows.

11:17 pm disconnected @AppleSupport after 1 hour 6 minutes. Called back &WENT OFF FOR 37 minutes on the poor girl (Sherry) who had the misfortune of taking my all. Comcast is STILL down. I filed a report around 5 and still no resolution 2:33am 11:54 pm @Xfinity

Ugh @Ask_Spectrum is the worst. Their internet consistently does not work in the mornings. We now have new equipment installed, and still nothing - but according to them, there is no issue. So who has other internet suggestions??? Comcast doesn’t service our area.

There's a Comcast outage so I have no TV & no reliable Internet 😭. This sucks.

I thought @comcast customer service was bad, but @CenturyLink may be worse. Internet problems started 5:days ago. Talk to a real person, forget about it, 3 chat sessions later, service went completely out. Totally frustrated, still no service appointment.

Is there an outage going on with COMCAST within the last half hour did something happen in Quincy mass?

Was driving and saw another office space….called…they want $600 for an office but no internet bc Comcast is working in the area and said it won’t be up for another 6months..smh

other than Comcast Internet issues - any suggestions as to why i see this message. Random cycle but getting more frequent. Comcast has replaced Cable / Modem and still no stable signal as it seems.

After stressing that a technician would be out here between 7am and 10pm, and that because they call 30 minutes ahead of time I needed to be awake and functional by 6:30am, Comcast just... didn't bother showing up or notifying me that they weren't coming to fix the cable line.

Comcast fix this outage before I step in and handle it

Just to be clear, I have never experienced a Verizon Internet outage but Comcast has had many. End the monopoly please

PECO called to say they were cutting the power to work on some infrastructure and then like 15 min after the power went out Comcast was like "we understand there is an outage in your area and are working to resolve it"is Comcast sending a hit team after the PECO guys

Comcast or Xfinity make it clear that weather related outages are not subject to discounts or refunds. But at what point do outages persist due to inadequate staffing and bad planning? Power has now been restored for three days, and their neighborhood outage map hasn’t changed

I’ve had Comcast for two weeks and it has already had outages more than my entire 7 years using Service Electric…An internet service provider incapable of providing internet service.

Contract with Comcast has expired hence the issue. Without those subscriber fees coming in from Comcast probably just a matter of time before Diamond begins defaulting on even more rights payments as they already have with some teams

Sad to report more Xfinity Comcast issues. I thought I had it fixed. And the app is a fail.

it’s interesting how as soon i as open the comcast app, the wifi goes up from one bar to its full three bars, yet once i close the app it goes down to two
